Equilibre is an exclusive mental recovery program located in a private residence on the Mediterranean, where clinical psychiatry, psychotherapy and regenerative methods meet in a luxurious environment, complete discretion and a personalized approach. The program is led by Dr. Mario Sliško, a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy with many years of experience working in Switzerland. In a world where time has become the greatest luxury, Equilibre offers what is almost non-existent in the classic healthcare system – time, focus and complete dedication to one person.

When was the last time you truly stopped?
In a world that never stops demanding results, decisions and accountability, even the strongest people sometimes need a space where they can simply be.
Equilibre is a place where you can take a break, slow down and rediscover your inner balance. The program lasts 7 days (with the possibility of extension to 14) and is designed as an intense but balanced process of mental and physical recovery.
In a luxurious and intimate environment, surrounded by the nature of the Mediterranean, you spend time where you are the only priority.
Without the roles you carry in your daily life.
Without the expectations of others.
Just you, your rhythm and professional support.
The Equilibre program is intended for people who feel they have reached their limit of endurance or want to re-establish balance in their lives.
Psychological counseling and a recovery program can be especially helpful for people who:

A word from the owner and your host

I spent years working as a psychiatrist in Switzerland, a country where top-notch work, precision, and professional standards are highly valued. In that environment, I worked with people who, from the outside, had it all: successful careers, positions of responsibility, and high achievements. Yet, I often saw that they had lost what was most important – inner peace.
There, I learned how to find that peace again, using the most modern working methods and the highest standards of professional discretion.
But over time, I realized that real change often requires more than a doctor’s office and short appointments. It requires a space that allows you to stop, get time and attention, and work on yourself completely.
That’s why I created Equilibre.
I have combined Swiss expertise and discipline with an environment that only the Mediterranean can offer – nature, silence and a space that allows one to reconnect with oneself.
But what truly makes Equilibre different is the intensity of my presence and the level of dedication to each guest. In a world where therapy appointments are often limited to a few minutes, here I dedicate hours. The program includes 15 to 20 hours of individual therapy work per week – a level of focus and attention that is almost unattainable in classical systems.
Your stay takes place in the complete privacy of a luxury residence, a space designed as an intimate sanctuary where discretion, aesthetics and peace create the conditions for true recovery.
The impeccable luxury of the ambience here is not just a matter of comfort. It is part of the process. The environment in which you stay becomes an ally to your recovery, providing peace, security and a space that fully respects your rhythm of life, status and need for privacy.

Owner of Equilibre and your host
Equilibre is a seven-day Luxury Mental Health Recovery program that integrates psychotherapy, medical expertise and body regeneration methods. The program is designed to provide an in-depth focus on mental and physical recovery, in a quiet and discreet environment.
The foundation of the program is intensive individual work with a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, which includes up to 20 hours of counseling per week. The work is focused on understanding and resolving specific life challenges, stress, and emotional burdens.
In addition to psychotherapeutic work, the program can also include methods that help the physical regeneration of the organism, such as nutritional therapy, nutritional counseling and individual physical activities.
The program includes methods that support the recovery of the nervous system and the restoration of internal balance, such as autogenic training, aromatherapy, acupuncture, massage, and mindfulness techniques.
The diet is based on fresh, local and natural ingredients inspired by Mediterranean tradition, with the aim of restoring energy and supporting the recovery process.
